Product Description
                                                                     Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger      
      Renze Company's gasketed plate heat exchanger adptos special plate design to reach the function of high heat transfer efficiency, high temperature resistance etc. Plate materials are mainly AISI304, AISI316, 25Mo, Hastelloy, Titanium etc, thickness is 0.5mm or 0.6mm, sealing gasket materials are mostly NBR, EPDM, FPM, CR etc. The liquid temperature is available to reach 150°C and design pressure is to reach 25 bar.

1. High Heat Transfer Efficiency
    Special corrugated design of plate is to achieve high turbulence even the liquid flow is in a low speed,   
     which is to guarantee the high efficiency of heat transfer.
2. Backflow Principle
    Heat transfer is between hot liquid and cold liquid in complete opposite flow channels, so it can gain
    better heat transfer effect and reduce surface area.
3. Plates Expansion    
    Gasketed heat exchanger is able to add or reduce plates in order to meet the changes of heat transfer
    requirement, in this way, it can cut down cost and satisfy different working conditions.
4. Compact Volume, Easy for Installation
    The volume of gasketed heat exchanger is only 1/10 of the tube and shell heat exchanger, meantime it
    is easy for installation and maintenance on site.
